well its pretty much been a week of 100% lfrv and i am actually pretty surprised!
My body is getting quite finely tuned now and im really happy about it!
1) i stop eating when i have had enough to eat! (That may seem really obvious but when i was high fat raw i would just eat and eat and eat fruit at night because i was restricting it during the day. I would feel so ill and i just couldn't stop eating even though my belly was screaming for me to stop! Totally under carbed!)
2) i am very well hydrated. (i drink at least 1.5ltrs of water a day and i can tell when i want some water without actually feeling thirst. i pee about 10 times per day nice and clear)
3) i have not been bloated! (when i ate fruit before i was so bloated because of all the fat in my system and the fruit would just ferment)
4) I can tell when i have not had enough calories. (as soon as something other an raw fruit or leaves become appealing...i know i have not had enough cals!)
5) my meals are digesting super easily and quickly!
6) it is quite hard to eat enough calories (which is annoying), especially as with all the extra energy...it makes you want to exercise!
7) i get concerned when i DONT HAVE ENOUGH calories!! (instead of thinking 'omg, ive had more than 2000 cals' i think, 'omg, is that IT? i need to eat more!!')
8) i feel no guilt about the amount of food i am eating. in fact i get excited about the 7 nectarines i have for lunch, or the mountain of free wild apples i have for dinner!
9) eating mono seems so natural. i always though i couldn't do it because it seems so boring..BUT I LOVE IT!! it just feels, and tastes so good!
10) combining is so easy. i always though' omg, that is just too complicated' but when you eat so simply...it is actually a pleasure, especially when you put something together (like lettuce and dates (thanks DR!) and it comes out tasting amazing!)
11) sleep has always been important to me..but i feel so much better when i get 10 hours, compared to 8. sleep is really so important.
12) i thought it would be so difficult eating 811, but i have been logging my food on nutridiary and i ACTUALLY eat 955, mostly +90 -5-5! The only overt fat i have this week is a Tspoon of sesame and pumpkin seeds. i do not crave fats at all!
13) i feel warmer. when i am on my moped to work, its quite cold in the morning, but i can totally feel my body warm itself up! well done body!
14) i can tell when i have had a good sized meal because i get a happy, warm feeling in my fruity belly!
15) where ever i go i always notice fruit tree's! on the way to work there has to be at least 10 apple tree's!
16) My teeth are not sensitive! they only started being sensitive when i was brushing too much and too hard. now i brush twice a day and i only very gently brush my gums.
now if they arnt enough reeasons to stay lfrv...then what is!?
