The effects of being under carbed!

I was meant to got to the market on saturday to get food for the rest of the day, sunday and monday morning, but it turns out we didn't have enough fuel to get there, so there was very little in the way of fruit in the house. in fact there were some grape fruit and unripe bananas.
Id managed to find some food for saturday and sunday morning, but after an hour of horse riding i was starving and i knew there wasn't enough food to sustain me. I know that it is more to get enough carbs than to starve yourself so i had some porridge.

I really regretted it that night and i wish i hadn't so today i really made sure i had plenty of food this evening! The only problem is that i spent £8 with is normally like 2 and a half days worth of food from the market. Money is tight already, especially as i have to pay for a new tyre and switch for my crappy scooter!
Im also going to get a car soon too.

anyway...

i loaded up on dates, dried apricots, mango and oranges and im stuffed! which is good...because i dont want to eat anything else!

As much as i LOVE this diet, it can be so damn hard sometimes!
