1 week on (just about!) so what's new?

well its pretty much been a week of 100% lfrv and i am actually pretty surprised!

My body is getting quite finely tuned now and im really happy about it!

1) i stop eating when i have had enough to eat! (That may seem really obvious but when i was high fat raw i would just eat and eat and eat fruit at night because i was restricting it during the day. I would feel so ill and i just couldn't stop eating even though my belly was screaming for me to stop! Totally under carbed!)

2) i am very well hydrated. (i drink at least 1.5ltrs of water a day and i can tell when i want some water without actually feeling thirst. i pee about 10 times per day nice and clear)

3) i have not been bloated! (when i ate fruit before i was so bloated because of all the fat in my system and the fruit would just ferment)

4) I can tell when i have not had enough calories. (as soon as something other an raw fruit or leaves become appealing...i know i have not had enough cals!)

5) my meals are digesting super easily and quickly!

6) it is quite hard to eat enough calories (which is annoying), especially as with all the extra energy...it makes you want to exercise!

7) i get concerned when i DONT HAVE ENOUGH calories!! (instead of thinking 'omg, ive had more than 2000 cals' i think, 'omg, is that IT? i need to eat more!!')

8) i feel no guilt about the amount of food i am eating. in fact i get excited about the 7 nectarines i have for lunch, or the mountain of free wild apples i have for dinner!

9) eating mono seems so natural. i always though i couldn't do it because it seems so boring..BUT I LOVE IT!! it just feels, and tastes so good!

10) combining is so easy. i always though' omg, that is just too complicated' but when you eat so simply...it is actually a pleasure, especially when you put something together (like lettuce and dates (thanks DR!) and it comes out tasting amazing!)

11) sleep has always been important to me..but i feel so much better when i get 10 hours, compared to 8. sleep is really so important.

12) i thought it would be so difficult eating 811, but i have been logging my food on nutridiary and i ACTUALLY eat 955, mostly +90 -5-5! The only overt fat i have this week is a Tspoon of sesame and pumpkin seeds. i do not crave fats at all!

13) i feel warmer. when i am on my moped to work, its quite cold in the morning, but i can totally feel my body warm itself up! well done body!

14) i can tell when i have had a good sized meal because i get a happy, warm feeling in my fruity belly!

15) where ever i go i always notice fruit tree's! on the way to work there has to be at least 10 apple tree's!

16) My teeth are not sensitive! they only started being sensitive when i was brushing too much and too hard. now i brush twice a day and i only very gently brush my gums.


now if they arnt enough reeasons to stay lfrv...then what is!?

its too hard to eat enough!

Yesterday i ate alot but still only managed 818 calories! that was because i had a salad at dinner and not a load of fruit. I also went for a jog and burned a few extra calories.
I normally stuff my face with fruit in the evenings so my dinner is normally where my main calorie intake takes place.



Today i have eaten quite a bit and still only ate 1892 calories!

Ive been asking around my fruit market for spotty bananas but no one seems to have any! although luckily for me i have used my feminine charms and become pals with one of the guys with a fruit stall so he does me some deals! i got a bunch of slightly spotty bananas, 5 large nectarines and a bowl of satsumas for £2.50 :D

One thing i will say though-

when i was high fat and ate in the evening i would find myself bingeing on fruit and feeling awful after. my stomach would be all bloated, id look 6 months pregnant, id be very gassy, so uncomfortable, in pain and id just feel like crap.

NOW, WITH NO OVERT FATS i have just had a meal of fruit and i am not bloated, my stomach isnt sticking out, im not gassy, stinky, in pain at all! i just need a wee from all the water!
I am sticking to the 811 rules (well more like 95/5/5 most of the time!) to a T and its amazing the difference it makes. im finding mono meals so easy too.


If your god came to you one day and said:
'you can eat this sweet, natural fruit as much as you like and have great health or you can eat as much as that un-natural food as you wish and suffer the most awful ill health'
what would you choose?
it seems obvious doesn't it?

THEN WHY ARNT PEOPLE DOING IT!!!!????

oh my god..



...monday i had the worst cravings ever!!!

SERIOUSLY i had to literally tie myself down to stop myself from making a huge bowl full of porridge! I find cravings really hard to deal with because i have very little will power.

I just filled myself up on unripe dates and the last couple of non skanky apples i have left. Even worse, i had nothing left to eat for breakfast! damn.
luckily i made it and im still fruity!

tip: always think about your goals and what you want to achieve and ALWAYS get enough calories!

bank holidays!

I just love a bank holiday!

this morning i got up nice and early, the sun was shining and it was warm out. I went for a jog for 30 mins. Its amazing the difference you feel when you have done some cardio every day. You just feel alive, energetic and fresh! Exercise released feel good endorphins, relieves stress, burns calories and so much more!

After that i went for a walk with mum for 1.30m in a lovely forrest. On the way back- which also the way i come back from work, i noticed how many apple trees at the side of the road there were! So when they are ripe, i'll be getting lots of free apples!
